The TNSSAR Board of Governors (BoG) meeting has been called and NOTICE is hereby given with the following information related to business that will be conducted at this meeting:

TIME: 0830 (CDT)
PLACE:
Education Building C, Wilson County Fairgrounds
945 E Baddour Pkwy, Lebanon, TN 37087
NOTE: the Annual Meeting and BoG is moved to the Education Building and the Ladies Auxiliary is in the Veterans Building. Use Main Entrance to Fairgrounds NOT Fiddlers Grove entrance. See map.
Remember, if you are a Chapter President, you can appoint another officer in your chapter to officially represent you at the BoG. That appointment must be made in writing, email, 3 days prior to the BoG. It must be sent to me.
BoG / Quarterly Reports: All members of the BoG are required to file quarterly reports (or BoG Reports) for their areas. This means all Elected Officers, Regional Directors, Chapter Presidents and Committee Chairmen. Quarterly Reports are due by the end of the day on March 19, 2025.

All Members of the BoG are required to file a quarterly report and we have worked to make the online filing as smooth as possible, and to include relevant information. If you are a Regional Director, the report should reflect what you are doing to work with your chapters. Committee Chairs should post the deadlines of any contest or program of their committee, as well as any awards, prizes, or budget requests. The information on the Chapter reports goes toward helping us get all of the chapters Americanism reports in this year. BoG reports should reflect what activities you participated in, what programs you were a part of, what presentations you made or helped with, and any occasion that you teamed with another officer, region, chapter, committee, etc. These can be as detailed as you want them to be.

Following the Annual Meeting / Board of Governors Meeting will be the Youth Awards Luncheon in the Veterans Building (just a short walk away)
After the luncheon, walk back to the Education Building for Genealogy training by the NSSAR Genealogy Staff.
The President’s Banquet will be held at the Lebanon Golf and Country Club. Cash bar at 6:00pm; dinner at 7:00pm.
